Dublin Airport has opened the gate to the north east of the city in order to connect with the South East Trains.
The airport’s main terminal is now the main entrance to the terminal, and passengers will now have to cross a short stretch of the railway to reach the station.
The station, in the city’s east, has been open since the beginning of September.
The North West Trains line opened in September 2017, with the station now officially open for use.
There are only two trains a day between Dublin and South East London.
The line’s new line connects to the south east via the M8, which takes about 45 minutes.
The South East trams also run to London via the London Underground.
The M8 runs between South Dublin and the London Eye, but is not a direct link to the city.
